Learn how to mix, knead and shape a versatile Italian dough for focaccia, pizza and ciabatta. In this hands-on class, you’ll discover simple, effective techniques to bake authentic pizza in both a home oven and a wood-fired one.You will:
- Prepare your own dough to take home and bake later.
- Shape and bake two types of focaccia and a classic Neapolitan Margherita in the wood-fired oven.
- Create one or two rustic ciabatte.
