Master the skills to mix, knead and shape a very versatile dough for Focaccia, Pizza and even Ciabatta! At the end of the class we will enjoy our lunch in the garden (weather permitting!)
Learn how to make authentic pizza using clever, easy techniques in order to be able to bake a perfect Pizza in a domestic oven or a wood fired one
At the class you will make your own dough to take home and bake later in the evening or the day after. You will shape and bake two types of focaccia and Neapolitan Margherita cooked in a wood fired oven
